Once you have landed at Salt Lake City International Airport your Driver will attempt to contact you via text and give you the following instructions:
After your plane lands, head towards “Baggage Claim”.
After obtaining all your luggage, follow the signs to “Ground Transportation” and proceed outside to the ground level. Stand under Passenger Pickup 4A and wait for your driver to arrive. You will receive text messages from your driver.
If, by chance, your driver hasn’t contacted you, please check your phone and turn OFF “Airplane Mode”.
You have a professional chauffeur that is specifically assigned to you for your pick up. If picking you up at Salt Lake International Airport it is important to know that your flight status will be monitored by your chauffeur so even if you’re stuck in flight we will be there to meet you. In the rare case that your flight changes times due to weather or mechanical issues we will do our best to monitor your flight so that we will have a chauffeur at the airport when you land or at least within the hour of when you arrive. There are no charges for delayed flights.
If you have scheduled Meet and Greet services a chauffeur will be in the terminal with a sign for you. Otherwise your chauffeur will call you or send you a text message when you land, or you can also call our number at (801)209-7319 when you arrive at baggage claim so our chauffeur can meet you curbside right outside the baggage claim door. Please note that because chauffeurs are on a schedule, please head straight to baggage claim after landing. If you encounter any problems after landing like lost luggage etc. please notify us immediately.
We understand that at times plans may change, feel free to give us a call if you need to make changes to your reservation or if you have any questions for your scheduled service. Your flight status will be monitored by your chauffeur so if your flight is delayed we will do our best to have a chauffeur available upon arrival, or within an hour of when you arrive. In the rare case that a flight is severely delayed or canceled we will do our best to accommodate the change or offer a full refund if our schedule does not align with the new arrival time. There are no charges for delayed flights.
Given the unique nature of our business; we are unable to give refunds for cancellations within 72 hours of service and a $20 change or cancellation fee will be applied. Please reference to our notice section listed in your Itinerary.
