Are your ski shuttles shared or private?
All of our vehicles are private, meaning only those in your party will be aboard. This provides direct, non-stop transportation to your destination. No more multiple stops while you wait for other passengers to be dropped off before you. Best of all, you can schedule Shuttle Stops for groceries, liquor, ski rental or a bite to eat. We are here to serve you.
How far in advance should I make my reservation?
popular shuttle dates and times fill up fast so we recommend requesting a reservation for your shuttle early to avoid any disappointment . When ever possible reservations should be made 24 hours in advance. If you need a reservation sooner, please don’t hesitate to text or call. We will do everything possible to make it happen.
What if my flight is delayed?
Your flight status will be monitored by your driver so even if you’re stuck in flight we will be there to meet you. In the rare case that your flight keeps changing times due to weather or mechanical issues we will do our best to monitor your flight so that we will have a driver at the airport when you land or at least within the hour of when you arrive. There are no charges for delayed flights.
Can I stop for, food, Liquor or to pick up ski rentals?
Absolutely! We can stop for groceries, liquor, ski rental, dinner or whatever your needs are. Shuttle stops will need to be scheduled when you request your reservation. Rates are $1.00 per minute, billed in 15 minute increments. Stops are limited to 30 minutes. Any stops longer than that are billed at the hourly rate which is $75.00 an hour .
Will someone be waiting for me at the airport when I arrive?
Yes, a driver will be specifically assigned to you that day for your pickup. You must call our number at (801)209-7319 when you arrive at baggage claim and our driver will meet you curbside right outside the baggage claim door. Please note that because drivers are on a schedule, please head straight to baggage claim after landing. If you encounter any problems after landing like lost luggage etc. please notify us immediately. You can find the Salt Lake Airport Here

What are your cancellation policies?
we understand that sometimes there are situations that are just out of your control. We require 72 hours notice if you are cancelling. Any cancellations made after this will be charged the full rate of the fare to your credit card. There is no charge if your flight is delayed, however “No Shows” will be charged the full rate. Your flight status will be monitored by your driver so if your flight is delayed we will do our best to have a driver available upon arrival, or within an hour of when you arrive. In the rare case that a flight is severely delayed or canceled we will do our best to accommodate the change or offer a full refund if our schedule does not align with the new arrival time. There are no charges for delayed flights.
Do you allow eating and drinking in your vehicles?
Light snacks and drinks permitted. Smoking is prohibited.
Traveling with children?
If you are traveling with children, we recommend the use of child safety seats. While laws vary from state-to-state, we recommend that children under 7 years old be secured in a child restraint seat or booster seat. Infant and Booster seats are available free of charge.
